Suddenly it is summer...

I had planned on making Chicken Braciole tonight but it got quite warm out so grilling became the only option.
Marinated chicken breast in olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, soy sauce, and hot sauce. My husband handled the grilling part while I was on microwaving rice and frozen veggies. Microwaving rice actually tastes more like the rice from the Chinese restaurant. The veggies were Green Giant "healthy weight." It was delicious and quick and an easy clean up!
