Ricotta Cavatelli with Vodka Sauce
Ricotta Cavatelli. I made the cavatelli on Sunday and put two 1 pound bags in the freezer. After a long day at work I was very happy to grab a bag of cavatelli out of the freezer and reach for a jar, yes I said a jar, of Vodka Sauce, Paul Sorvino's Vodka Sauce. Happy Friday!
