Food Renegade site. Heck I make just about everything ahead! The recipe looked good so I gave it a try. It was not much different than what I usually do for meatballs except instead of using bread the recipe called for breadcrumbs or brown rice. I opted for the breadcrumbs. The result was a decent meatball. Next time I would definitely try it with the brown rice.
Tonight we had subs. On mine I added Broccoli Rabe and Provolone cheese!
