Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Tart

I wish I could remember how I found this link. What an amazing collection of recipes. But when I saw this tart I knew I had to make it. It was so pretty. I think mine looks pretty close to the magazine photo. Okay I need to work on my thin slicing technique and the next time I make this I will start the spiral on the outside and work my way in. And it got a thumbs up from Chris!

The chicken was just the usual. Marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and thyme.
